A plain-English note

HD Kepler is a small editorial studio in Athens. We collect as little personal information as we can, and we share even less. This page sets down, in plain English, what happens to the small amount of information we do collect when you read this site, write to the studio, or subscribe to a future seasonal newsletter.

What we collect

  • Email correspondence — when you write to studio@hdkepler.net or press@hdkepler.net, we keep your email and the messages exchanged so we can reply and refer back. We do not add you to any mailing list automatically.
  • Server logs — anonymised, IP-truncated request logs are kept for fourteen days and then deleted. We use them only to debug the site and notice abuse.
  • Newsletter subscribers, once the list opens — only the email address and the date of subscription, used only to send the seasonal letter.

What we do not do

We do not run third-party advertising, behavioural cookies, browser fingerprinting, or analytics that share your data with any other party. We do not sell, rent, barter, or hand over your email address. We do not use your data to train any machine-learning model.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to studio@hdkepler.net and we will respond within fourteen days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

This page was last updated on 1 March 2026. If we change anything material, we will date-stamp the new version here.
