The short version

HD Kepler is a small editorial studio in Athens. The exhibition essays, reviews, photographs, and curator's notes published on this site are written by a working studio and are offered to you, in good faith, for personal, non-commercial reading.

Use of the writing

You are welcome to read, quote briefly, and link to the essays here for non-commercial purposes, with attribution to HD Kepler and a clear link back to the original page. For longer republication, translation, or anthologising, please write to studio@hdkepler.net — we usually say yes.

Images and exhibition photography

Images of exhibitions are reproduced here with the permission of the artists and the relevant institutions. Please do not download, reproduce, or re-publish exhibition photographs without separate written permission. Press image requests should go to press@hdkepler.net.

Limitation of liability

Editorial opinions on this site are those of the studio at the time of writing, and may shift as we live with a work for longer. We do our best to verify what we publish — exhibition dates, artist biographies, material provenance — but we cannot accept liability for the consequences of any commercial, curatorial, or acquisition decisions taken on the basis of an essay or review on this site. Where we notice an error, we correct it in place and note the change quietly at the foot of the page.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we will date-stamp the new version on this page. Continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance of the revised terms.
